Jill stepped into the housekeeping world with a background in Property Management with Bald Head Island Limited, Bald Head Island, NC. With the difficulty of balancing the two worlds, Jill quickly began the process of organizing the department with a "work smarter not harder" approach. Housekeeping Zones were put into place to cut down on travel time for housekeepers and the revamp of the department continued from there.

Jill learned very quickly that Extensive training and learning each role in the field is very important.
